I first came into contact with Scott Wrigley of A1 WindowCare six years ago when his quotation for replacement double-glazed units was, in my view, very competitive. What I couldn't know at that time was what a find Scott was! The work was planned and carried out with professionalism and efficiency and to a very high standard. I was sufficiently impressed to recommend him to my neighbours and, a couple of years later, to have him fit me a fantastic new front door. He was a natural choice for me when I recently decided to have completely new windows in my whole house and an equally fantastic back door with a bespoke stained-glass panel. Again the work was first rate.

Scott was left with the keys to my home so that he could replace a kitchen window at his earliest convenience. On arriving home I was most surprised to find that there was not a speck of dust out of place – and a beautifully fitted new kitchen window. Not only this, but all was done at an extremely competitive price.

Scott and Milton were a very hard working team. Having stayed at a local B&B, the arrived prompt every morning, and worked efficiently and very clean and tidy. We live in a busy street which isn’t the easiest for workmen carry goods but they never once complained. Obviously we are a long way from A1 Window Care’s base, but they were recommended by a manufacturing friend of mine in the trade, and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone else. Right from the very start the difference was marked, from initial phone contact, to the pricing & the taking of measurements; all were undertaken with expert knowledge and precision. It was obvious that my installation was in safe hands, and this first impression was not altered when the project commenced. The installers arrived at the agreed time and date and went about their work in an efficient and professional manner. They were extremely neat and tidy always ensuring any disruption to my property was minimal. Although they were much more reasonably priced than the previous quotes I had received, there was no difference in the quality of materials used and in some cases exceeded expectations.
